We are utilizing our same diamonds but want to revamp and layout new rings for every other. What metal is greatest? As much as good quality, value and sturdiness? We dont want nearly anything that will tarnish, actually! Nothing that will scratch effortlessly and practically nothing that will break the pocket book. We will invest the funds on the best but dont want to get talked into a specific metal by a jeweler not realizing what we are acquiring into. Any guidance?

Proper now we have sterling silver and Ive observed a minor discoloration.
We both want them to "look silver" so we are arranging to go with either the silver or white gold. but what is the best quality? Sterling silver, 14 or 18 karat white gold?
