I needed to buy my boyfriend a good promise ring, but I know he has delicate skin. Correct now he has a sterling silver ring, but the metal bothers him a bit. He wears it, but I sense quite bad.

I was pondering of getting a black Tungsten ring for him, but it has a nickle binding. Will that be okay for his skin? I do not know a lot delicate skin and various ring metals, so your guidance is welcome.
