How do you make a wax mold for making your own wedding ring?

Question by bitchandthensome: How do you make a wax mildew for making your personal wedding ring?
My finace' and i have purchased sterling silver. The program is to melt it down and pour it in to a mildew to make our personal wedding ceremony rings. The issue is discovering the correct content to make the mold, that will be fairly straightforward to carve the moild in to and also warmth resistant so it doesn't melt when the scorching sterling silver is poured in.
